European Retreat Booking Information
Important information about European retreat planning, expressions of interest, travel arrangements, booking protection and the forthcoming Austria 2027 retreat.
Austria 2027 Is Not Yet Open for Booking
Retreat details are still being prepared. Registering an interest does not reserve a place, create a contract or require payment. Full booking and financial-protection information will be issued before bookings and deposits are accepted.

2. Purpose of This Page
This page explains the current planning status of Retreat Into Wellness European retreats, including the proposed Austria 2027 retreat.
It is intended to:
- avoid creating a booking before full details are available;
- explain what registering an interest means;
- distinguish preliminary information from confirmed contractual information;
- explain that the travel organiser and protection arrangements are still to be confirmed;
- prevent guests making independent non-refundable arrangements too early; and
- explain what information will be supplied before bookings open.
3. Current Status of Austria 2027
Retreat Planned
Retreat Into Wellness intends to return to Austria in 2027 for a European wellness and relaxation retreat.
Details Pending
Exact dates, hotel, flights, transfers, room types, itinerary and prices have not yet been finally confirmed.
No Booking Yet
The retreat is not currently being sold and no place is secured merely by contacting us.
No Deposit Yet
No Austria 2027 package deposit should be requested or accepted until the booking structure is confirmed.
Protection Pending
The responsible travel organiser and applicable financial-protection arrangements are still to be confirmed.
Interest Register
Prospective guests may provide contact details so that they can receive the final information when available.
4. Registering an Interest
A prospective guest may contact Michael or Stephanie by telephone, WhatsApp or email to register an interest.
Registering an interest:
- does not create a booking contract;
- does not reserve a place or room;
- does not guarantee availability;
- does not guarantee a particular departure date;
- does not guarantee a hotel, airline, airport or itinerary;
- does not fix or guarantee the final price;
- does not require the person to proceed with a booking;
- does not require payment; and
- does not make Retreat Into Wellness responsible for independent arrangements made by the person registering.
Registration means only that we may contact the person when confirmed information becomes available.
5. No Booking Contract at This Stage
No booking contract exists for Austria 2027 unless and until:
- the legal travel organiser has been identified;
- the applicable travel and financial-protection arrangements have been confirmed;
- the dates, destination and main travel services have been confirmed;
- the total price and payment schedule have been supplied;
- the final booking terms have been supplied;
- the prospective guest has expressly agreed to those terms;
- the required guest information has been supplied;
- the required deposit or payment has been accepted by the legally appropriate business; and
- written booking confirmation has been issued.
A social-media message, telephone discussion, email enquiry or expression of interest is not written confirmation of a European retreat booking.
6. No Payment at the Planning Stage
A payment reference, bank transfer or informal message should not be used to create an Austria booking before the formal launch.
A person should not send money without first receiving:
- the final booking information;
- the identity of the business legally accepting the payment;
- the applicable booking terms;
- the cancellation and transfer terms;
- the financial-protection information; and
- clear instructions explaining how to make payment.
Any unsolicited payment received in error should be identified and returned rather than treated automatically as a confirmed booking.
7. Preliminary Website Information
Website information, photographs and descriptions published before the formal launch illustrate the expected style of the retreat.
Preliminary information does not guarantee:
- the exact retreat dates;
- the duration of the retreat;
- the departure airport or flight time;
- the airline or baggage allowance;
- the hotel or room type;
- the final meal arrangements;
- the final programme or excursions;
- the availability of single rooms;
- the total price;
- the deposit amount;
- the payment deadlines; or
- the minimum or maximum group size.
Confirmed details will be identified clearly when bookings formally open.
8. Photographs and Previous Austrian Retreats
Photographs and information from previous Austrian retreats may be used to show the type of experience previously enjoyed by guests.
Previous:
- hotels;
- airlines;
- airports;
- room arrangements;
- prices;
- excursions;
- menus;
- activities; and
- itineraries
do not form part of the Austria 2027 contract unless they are expressly included in the final written booking information.
9. Do Not Book Independent Arrangements Yet
Retreat Into Wellness cannot confirm that preliminary dates, airports or timings will remain unchanged.
Where a prospective guest independently books a service before the formal retreat confirmation, that service is not automatically part of a Retreat Into Wellness contract.
10. The Final Booking Model
The Austria 2027 retreat may ultimately be offered using one of several possible arrangements.
| Possible structure | What the final information must explain |
|---|---|
| Flight-inclusive package | The package organiser, applicable ATOL holder, financial protection, included flights, accommodation, transfers, price and package rights. |
| Package sold through a travel organiser | Whether Retreat Into Wellness acts as an agent, the organiser’s legal identity and who is responsible for each part of the contract. |
| Accommodation and retreat programme without flights | The services combined, the legal organiser, insolvency protection where required and the guest’s responsibility for independent travel. |
| Separately contracted services | Which business supplies each service, who takes each payment and whether the overall arrangement constitutes a package under the applicable law. |
The description used in advertising will reflect the final legal and commercial structure.
Merely describing services as separate, land-only or arranged independently does not by itself determine their legal status.
11. Travel Organiser and Agency Status
Before bookings open, the website and booking information will state clearly:
- the legal name and address of the organiser;
- whether Retreat Into Wellness is the organiser or acts as an agent;
- the identity of any travel business accepting payment;
- who is responsible for the performance of the package;
- who the guest should contact for assistance;
- the relevant financial-protection arrangement; and
- any licence, membership or protection number that legally applies.
Retreat Into Wellness will not claim to be ATOL protected or use an ATOL number or logo unless the booking genuinely falls under an authorised and documented arrangement.
12. Flight-Inclusive Arrangements
Where flights are included in the price or sold as part of the retreat arrangement, the final booking information must identify the lawful basis on which those flight arrangements are being advertised and sold.
This may involve:
- an ATOL-licensed package organiser;
- Retreat Into Wellness acting as an authorised agent of an ATOL holder;
- another legally permitted arrangement; or
- guests purchasing flights wholly independently where the final structure genuinely provides for this.
Where an ATOL-protected package is purchased, the required ATOL information and certificate arrangements will be explained by the relevant ATOL holder.
13. Information That Will Be Supplied Before Booking
Before a person is asked to commit to a booking, the final written information is expected to include:
- the destination and exact travel dates;
- the duration of the retreat;
- the organiser’s legal identity and contact details;
- the accommodation and main hotel facilities;
- the room type and occupancy basis;
- meal arrangements;
- transport and transfer arrangements;
- flight details or the process for confirming them;
- baggage arrangements where flights are included;
- the main retreat programme;
- included and optional activities;
- the total price;
- unavoidable additional charges;
- the deposit and balance deadlines;
- the minimum group size, where applicable;
- cancellation and transfer rights;
- passport and entry information;
- insurance requirements;
- accessibility and suitability information;
- financial-protection information; and
- the full final booking terms.
14. Formal Booking Process
Confirmed dates, price, organiser, inclusions and protection information are supplied.
The guest reads the final European retreat booking terms and important travel information.
Required traveller, health, accessibility and room information is provided.
The authorised business accepts payment and issues formal written confirmation.
15. Prices and Currency
No Austria 2027 price is confirmed until it is issued as part of the formal booking information.
The final information will explain:
- the total price per person;
- whether prices differ by room occupancy;
- the currency in which payment is required;
- the deposit amount;
- the balance or instalment deadlines;
- what is included;
- what is not included;
- known taxes or charges;
- optional services; and
- any lawful circumstances in which the price may change.
An estimated or previous retreat price is not a binding offer for Austria 2027.
16. Changes, Cancellations and Transfers
The final European Retreat Booking Terms will explain:
- when the guest may cancel;
- how cancellation must be communicated;
- the applicable cancellation charge or refund calculation;
- the right to transfer a qualifying booking to another traveller where applicable;
- the consequences of a significant change;
- when the organiser may cancel because of insufficient numbers;
- rights arising from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances;
- refund timescales required by applicable law;
- the treatment of supplier refunds; and
- the organiser’s responsibility for performance of included travel services.
The general UK Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy will not override stronger rights applying under package-travel or aviation law.
17. Passports, Entry Rules and Travel Documents
Each traveller is responsible for ensuring that they hold the passports, permissions and travel documents required for their individual circumstances.
Requirements may vary according to:
- nationality;
- passport issue and expiry dates;
- residency status;
- the destination;
- the route travelled;
- the purpose and length of the visit; and
- personal immigration circumstances.
General information supplied by Retreat Into Wellness does not replace confirmation from the appropriate government, immigration or passport authority.
Travellers should check the current requirements before booking and again before departure.
18. Travel Insurance
Suitable travel insurance will be strongly recommended and may be made a condition of booking.
The policy should be suitable for the traveller and the activities included and should be considered for:
- cancellation and curtailment;
- medical treatment abroad;
- emergency assistance and repatriation;
- existing medical conditions;
- travel disruption and delay;
- personal belongings;
- missed departure;
- activities and excursions; and
- other risks relevant to the traveller.
Travellers are responsible for checking the limits, excesses and exclusions of their selected policy.
19. Health, Medication and Travel Suitability
European retreats may involve:
- air travel;
- coach or private transfers;
- walking and uneven ground;
- changes in altitude or climate;
- group activities;
- yoga or gentle movement;
- excursions;
- shared accommodation facilities; and
- travel away from a guest’s usual healthcare support.
Guests should consider whether the proposed retreat is suitable for their individual health and mobility needs.
Relevant health, pregnancy, medication, allergy, disability and mobility information must be disclosed before the booking is confirmed where it may affect:
- safe travel;
- venue suitability;
- airport or transport assistance;
- room allocation;
- dietary arrangements;
- participation in activities; or
- emergency planning.
Please also read the Health and Wellness Disclaimer .
20. Accessibility and Assistance Requirements
Prospective guests should discuss accessibility and assistance requirements before booking.
This may include:
- airport assistance;
- mobility equipment;
- step-free hotel access;
- bedroom and bathroom access;
- coach or transfer suitability;
- walking distances and terrain;
- dietary arrangements;
- hearing or visual requirements;
- support from a companion or carer; and
- emergency evacuation arrangements.
We may need to obtain information from the organiser, airline, airport, hotel or transfer provider before confirming whether a requirement can be met.
Please also read our Accessibility Statement .
21. Minimum Group Size
The final retreat may require a minimum number of confirmed travellers before it can proceed.
Where a minimum number applies, the final booking information will explain:
- the minimum number required;
- the deadline by which cancellation for insufficient numbers may occur;
- the options available if the retreat is cancelled;
- the treatment of payments made; and
- the position regarding independent arrangements.
Prospective guests should avoid making separate non-refundable arrangements until advised that the retreat is confirmed as proceeding.
22. Personal Information
Information supplied when registering an interest may include:
- name;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- preferred contact method;
- likely room requirements; and
- general information necessary to respond to the enquiry.
Registering an interest does not automatically add a person to a general marketing mailing list.
Information will be used to:
- record the expression of interest;
- respond to questions;
- provide the confirmed retreat information when available; and
- manage a booking where the person later chooses to proceed.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice .
23. No Guarantee That the Retreat Will Proceed
Planning or advertising an intended retreat does not guarantee that it will proceed.
The retreat may be altered, postponed or not launched because of:
- lack of suitable flights or accommodation;
- unacceptable supplier terms;
- insufficient likely demand;
- travel-organiser or financial-protection requirements;
- safety or accessibility concerns;
- changes in travel restrictions;
- significant price changes;
- venue unavailability; or
- another reasonable commercial or operational issue.
No cancellation refund arises merely from ending a preliminary proposal where no payment has been accepted and no booking contract exists.
24. Complaints and Questions
Questions about preliminary Austria 2027 information should be raised with Michael or Stephanie.
Once bookings open, the final confirmation will identify the appropriate contact for:
- booking questions;
- changes and cancellations;
- travel assistance;
- problems during the retreat;
- supplier complaints;
- ATOL or financial-protection enquiries; and
- formal complaints.
The general Retreat Into Wellness Complaints Policy applies to matters for which Retreat Into Wellness is responsible.

Nothing on this page is intended to remove:
- statutory consumer rights;
- package-travel rights;
- aviation rights;
- financial-protection rights;
- equality rights;
- data-protection rights; or
- any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
The final booking will be governed by the law and regulations applicable when the booking contract is entered into.
