A Complete Programme for Mind, Body and Personal Wellbeing

The Retreat Into Wellness Programme is delivered over four full-day modules by Michael Davies-Eyre and Stephanie Jones.

Each day brings together practical sessions, guided activities and opportunities for reflection. Topics include movement, breathing, relaxation, meditation, emotional awareness, yoga and energy-based wellbeing practices.

The modules are designed to work together as one complete programme. For this reason, participants are required to attend all four modules. The course is offered as a rolling programme throughout the year, subject to announced dates and availability.

Movement and Physical Wellbeing

Michael Davies-Eyre

Michael worked in primary and secondary education for more than 20 years before taking up his role as a Life Health Therapist in 2014.

His work supports people of different abilities and stages of life through yoga therapy, personal fitness training, nutritional support, life coaching, massage, Reiki and Omni energy healing.

Relaxation and Personal Awareness

Stephanie Jones

Stephanie is an energy healing teacher and a facilitator of relaxation, meditation and lifestyle support. She has taught energy-based systems for more than 26 years, with students around the world.

In 2000, she founded the Malindi Healing Centre in Carmarthenshire, where she provides treatments, talks, workshops and courses focused on relaxation and personal wellbeing.

What Is Covered in Each Module?

Every module contains sessions led by both Michael and Stephanie. The four modules remain together as one complete programme.

Module 1

Movement, Breathing and Emotional Awareness

An introduction to practical movement, breathing, meditation, relaxation and the role of attachment within personal relationships.

Balance, Movement and the Four Elements

A practical module combining Vinyasa Yoga, movement, balance, personal healing and the symbolism of the four elements and directions.

Positive Habits, Appreciation and Heart Awareness

The final module brings together home exercise, Yantra Yoga, personal habits, appreciation, meditation and the programme closing circle.

Participants who attend and complete all four modules receive a certificate confirming completion of the Retreat Into Wellness Programme.

The certificate records completion of this programme. It should not be interpreted as a regulated professional qualification or external accreditation unless specifically confirmed in writing.

A vegetarian lunch and refreshments are included during each programme day, giving participants time to pause, eat and connect between sessions.

Do I need to complete all four modules?
Yes. The modules are intended to work together as one complete programme, so participants are expected to attend all four.
Do the four modules need to be completed in order?
The programme is normally delivered in sequence from Module 1 to Module 4. Michael or Stephanie can confirm the arrangements for the next available course.
Do I need previous yoga or meditation experience?
Previous experience is not normally required. Sessions are introduced and guided during the day. Please discuss any concerns or support requirements before booking.
Is the programme physically demanding?
The programme includes practical movement and yoga-based activities. Individual ability varies, so please tell Michael or Stephanie about relevant health conditions, injuries or mobility needs before attending.
What is included in the price?
The fee includes the programme sessions, a vegetarian lunch and refreshments during the day. Any additional inclusions will be confirmed when the dates are announced.
Can I spread the cost of the programme?
Payment options may be available. Please contact Michael or Stephanie directly to discuss a suitable payment arrangement before booking.
What certificate will I receive?
Participants who complete all four modules receive a certificate of completion for the Retreat Into Wellness Programme.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and relaxation. Further information about what to bring will be provided before the first module.
